📋 Job Description
We are looking for a driven Sales Officer to aggressively expand Anupra’s brand presence across Banka and Godda. This is an active, field-based role that involves directly meeting with local retailers, electricians and distributors. Your primary goal will be to drive product sales, negotiate deals and build long-lasting business relationships in your designated territory.
- Location: Banka & Godda (Field Work)
- Joining: Immediate
- Compensation: Salary up to ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives.
✅ What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: 12th pass is mandatory (Graduates will be highly preferred).
- Experience: Prior field sales experience, specifically with a working knowledge of marketing electrical solutions and accessories.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and excellent negotiation skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis for field work.
- Requirements: Candidates must possess a personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a helmet and hold all valid, up-to-date documents (Driving License, PUC, Vehicle Insurance, etc.).
